A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; modifying an appropriation for the Lincoln-Pipestone
Rural Water system; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article
1, section 22, subdivision 17.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision
17, is amended to read:
Subd. 17.Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water

For a grant to the Lincoln-Pipestone Rural
Water System to predesign and, design, and
construct water source development in its
service area, including new wells, a water
softening treatment plant (lime softening
plant), and new water distribution pipes.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
