A bill for an act
relating to elections; applying certain privileges to major political party caucuses
held in cities of the first class during odd-numbered years; proposing coding for
new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 202A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin In addition to precinct caucuses required by this chapter, sections 202A.135,
202A.19, and 202A.192 also apply to a precinct caucus held by a major political party
in a city of the first class in a year when this chapter does not otherwise require that a
precinct caucus be held.
