A bill for an act
 relating to state government; requiring the commissioner of administration to
provide rehearsal and storage space for the state band; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2014, section 16B.24, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 16B.24, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

space in the same building in the capitol area to an entity known as the Minnesota State
Band, which is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
