A bill for an act
 relating to dogs; modifying notice requirements for unlicensed dogs that are
seized; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 347.14, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 347.14, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

owner be unknown or cannot be ascertained, then the officer shall post written notice in
three public places in the officer's town, giving a description of the dog, stating where

dispose of the dog in a proper and humane manner.
