  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 115A.9565, is 
  1.7   amended to read: 
  1.8      115A.9565 [CATHODE-RAY TUBE PROHIBITION.] 
  1.9      Effective July 1, 2005 2006, a person may not place in 
  1.10  mixed municipal solid waste an electronic product containing a 
  1.11  cathode-ray tube.
