BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2011 to the Public Utilities
Commission and is added to the appropriation for fiscal year 2011 made to the Public
Utilities Commission by Laws 2009, chapter 37, article 2, section 4. The budget base for
fiscal year 2012 is the sum of the supplemental appropriation made by this section and the
fiscal year 2011 appropriation made by Laws 2009, chapter 37, article 2, section 4.
