A bill for an act
 relating to state government; appropriating money to the Minnesota Racing
Commission.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA RACING COMMISSION.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $85,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the racing and card playing regulation account in the special revenue fund to the
Minnesota Racing Commission for litigation and mediation services incurred by the
commission. Any money not used in fiscal year 2014 does not cancel, and is available for
use in fiscal year 2015. Any money remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 lapses to the
racing and card playing regulation account in the special revenue fund.
