  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; clarifying analysis of 
  1.3             water table level for purposes of individual sewage 
  1.4             treatment design. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM DESIGN.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part 7080.0110, subpart 4, 
  1.8   item D, subitem (5), in the evaluation of proposed soil 
  1.9   treatment areas and the design of an individual sewage treatment 
  1.10  system, all redoximorphic features must be associated with a 
  1.11  redoximorphic zone in conjunction with a water table or 
  1.12  seasonally saturated zone, rather than a redoximorphic inclusion.
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.14  following final enactment.
