366.19 LICENSES.
A person who exhibits a circus, theatrical performance, or show of any kind, or who keeps a
billiard, pool, or pigeonhole table, or a bowling alley in a town, without first obtaining a license
for it, as provided in section 366.01, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
