256G.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMERGENCIES.
Subdivision 1.[Repealed, 1996 c 451 art 2 s 61]
Subd. 2. Non-Minnesota residents. State residence is not required for receiving emergency
assistance in the Minnesota supplemental aid program. The receipt of emergency assistance must
not be used as a factor in determining county or state residence.
