148D.170 REVOCATION OF CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVALS.
The board may revoke approval of a provider or of a program offered by a provider, or of an
individual program approved by the board, if the board determines subsequent to the approval
that the provider or program failed to meet the requirements of sections 148D.130 to 148D.170.
