116A.26 POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY.
No action taken under sections 116A.01 to 116A.26 shall be inconsistent with sections
103F.701 to 103F.761 or chapter 115 or 116, or lawful standards, rules, orders or permits
promulgated or issued thereunder.
