84A.42 RULES VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR.
A person who within the limits of any project established in accordance with section 84A.31
willfully violates a rule of the Department of Natural Resources adopted under sections 84A.31 to
84A.42 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
