84.781 USE OF DEPARTMENT RESOURCES.
The commissioner of natural resources may permit Department of Natural Resources
personnel and equipment from the Division of Trails and Waterways to be used to assist local
units of government in developing and maintaining off-highway vehicle grant-in-aid trails located
on property owned by or under the control of the local unit of government.
