148D.280 USE OF TITLES.
No individual may be presented to the public by any title incorporating the words "social
work" or "social worker" or in the titles in section 148D.195, unless that individual holds a license
pursuant to sections 148D.055 and 148D.060, or practices in a setting exempt from licensure
pursuant to section 148D.065.
