115B.445 DEPOSIT OF PROCEEDS.
All amounts paid to the state by an insurer pursuant to any settlement under section 115B.443
or judgment under section 115B.444 must be deposited in the state treasury and credited equally
to the remediation fund and the closed landfill investment fund.
