     116.45 Reports to the legislature. 

    By January 1, 1986, the agency shall submit its acid 
 deposition control plan to the appropriate substantive 
 committees of both houses of the legislature.  By January 1, 
 1987, and each two years thereafter until January 1, 1991, the 
 agency shall submit to the legislative committees a report 
 detailing the reduction of sulphur dioxide needed to meet the 
 requirements of section 116.44 and the progress which has been 
 made to meet those requirements.
