*district pursuant to subdivision 3, clauses (2), (3), (4), and 
*(5) shall be deducted from the school district's general fund 
*levy limitation established pursuant to chapters 122A, 123A, 
*123B, 124D, and 126C in determining the amount of taxes the 
*school district may levy for general and special purposes."
