     525.03 Records. 

    The court shall keep the following records: 

    (1) An index to the court records, in which all proceedings 
 shall be entered in alphabetical order under the name of the 
 subject person, together with the case number and the date of 
 the filing of the first document; 

    (2) A register, in which shall be entered the title of each 
 proceeding, the case number and a listing of each document filed 
 with the date of the filing.
