     176.669 Expenses; rules.  

    Subdivision 1.    Payment of expenses.  Any expense 
 incurred by the department of labor and industry in carrying out 
 the purposes of Laws 1943, chapter 633, shall be paid out of the 
 general fund for the department of labor and industry.  

    Subd. 2.    Making of rules.  The department shall make 
 such rules and orders with reference to procedure as it deems 
 necessary not inconsistent with Laws 1943, chapter 633.
