     168.837 Penalties; revocation of motor bicycle business 
  license.  


    A person who violates the provisions of sections 168.831 to 
 168.837 is guilty of a misdemeanor.  The commissioner of public 
 safety, after notice and a hearing, may revoke the license of a 
 licensee who is convicted of violating any of the provisions of 
 sections 168.831 to 168.837.
