     297A.06 Permit. 

    After compliance with sections 297A.04 and 297A.28, when 
 security is required, the commissioner shall grant to each 
 applicant a permit.  A permit is valid until canceled or revoked 
 but is not assignable and is valid only for the person in whose 
 name it is granted and for the transaction of business at the 
 places designated.
