     125A.73 Duties of state departments. 

    Subdivision 1.    Department of children, families, and 
 learning.  The department of children, families, and learning 
 must assist the board of the Minnesota state academies in 
 preparing reports on the academies.  

    Subd. 2.    Department of employee relations.  The 
 department of employee relations, in cooperation with the board 
 of the Minnesota state academies, must develop a statement of 
 necessary qualifications and skills for all staff members of the 
 academies.
