     254A.12 Affected employees. 

    County boards may enter into one or more purchase of 
 service agreements to provide services to employers to develop 
 personnel practices for prevention of alcoholism and other 
 chemical dependency, and to assist affected employees in gaining 
 access to care through identification and referral services.
