     124D.45 Evaluation and reporting requirements. 

    Subdivision 1.    Grantee organizations.  Each grantee 
 organization shall report to the commission and, beginning 
 January 1, 1997, the council at the time and on the matters 
 requested by the commission and, beginning January 1, 1997, the 
 council. 

    Subd. 2.    Interim report.  The commission and, 
 beginning January 1, 1997, the council must report semiannually 
 to the legislature with interim recommendations to change the 
 program. 

    Subd. 3.    Final report.  The commission and, beginning 
 January 1, 1997, the council must present a final report to the 
 legislature by January 1, 1998, summarizing grantee evaluations, 
 reporting on individual participants and participating grantee 
 organizations, and recommending any changes to improve or expand 
 the program.
