     480A.11 Rules. 


    The supreme court may adopt rules of appellate procedure 
 governing the proceedings before itself and before the court of 
 appeals and regulating appellate practice.  The court of appeals 
 may adopt supplementary rules not in conflict with the rules of 
 appellate procedure.
