1997 Minnesota Statutes

     48.73 Powers and duties of trust companies.  

    Upon complying with the terms of sections 48.69 to 48.73, 
 the trust company shall have all the powers and privileges of a 
 state bank not heretofore granted to trust companies, and shall 
 become subject to and comply with all the provisions of the laws 
 of this state in relation to state banks.
