7409.1100 REVOCATION; FLEEING IN MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PEACE OFFICER.

The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license of a person upon receiving a record of conviction under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 3 or 4, or an ordinance in conformity with those subdivisions pertaining to use of a motor vehicle to flee a peace officer as specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 171.174. The commissioner shall revoke for:

A.

one year for the first offense under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 3;

B.

three years for the second offense under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 3;

C.

ten years for an offense under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 4, paragraph (a);

D.

seven years for an offense under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 4, paragraph (b); and

E.

five years for an offense under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 4, paragraph (c).
