 relating to liquor; clarifying the citation of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 340A.901.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 340A.901, is amended to read:


340A.901 CITATION.

This chapter deleted text begin maydeleted text end new text begin shallnew text end be cited as the Liquor Act.
