3E Relating to health; expanding the authority of the board of dentistry to
issue temporary guest licenses to dental professionals licensed in another
United States jurisdiction; allowing the board to grant a guest license to a
dentist, dental hygienist, or dental assistant to provide dental care to
patients on a voluntary basis without compensation under certain conditions;
requiring all dentists and dental professionals to have passed all components of
the national board dental examinations and requiring certificate display at
nonprimary practices, requiring dentists and dental professionals to supply an
electronic mail address (email) to the board, conforming and modifying
supervision of dental assistants, clarifying reporting and investigation
immunity and state employee status; modifying a prior appropriation for the
board of nursing home administrators base adjustment
