An act

relating to transportation; designating a segment of marked Trunk Highway 65 in Isanti County as Chip A. Imker Memorial Highway;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 161.14, is amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin That segment of marked Trunk Highway 65 from Isanti County State-Aid Highway 19, known as 305th Avenue NE, to the northerly limit of Cambridge Township is designated as "Chip A. Imker Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs. new text end
