BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WASECA ART CENTER.

$1,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the arts and cultural heritage
fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Waseca Arts Council to
acquire, renovate, construct, furnish, and equip the Waseca Art Center.
