A bill for an act
 relating to arts and culture; appropriating money for the Board of the Arts;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 129D.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin [129D.07] APPROPRIATION TO BOARD; ARTS AND CULTURAL
HERITAGE FUND.

new text begin Of the total resources available in the arts and cultural heritage fund, 50 percent each
fiscal biennium is appropriated to the Board of the Arts for purposes of this chapter. If the
appropriation for either year of the fiscal biennium is insufficient, the appropriation for
the other year is available.
