relating to history and cultural heritage; appropriating money to Como Park
Zoo and Conservatory.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMO PARK ZOO AND CONSERVATORY.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant
to the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory for programs and projects that preserve or
promote Minnesota's history and cultural heritage.
