A bill for an act
 relating to human services; providing a rate increase for an ICF/MR facility in
Morrison County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.5012, subdivision 8, the daily
rate at a Class B intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled located
in Little Falls and currently serving 14 adults with developmental disabilities shall be
increased to $270.41, effective July 1, 2010. This rate increase is in addition to the
adjustment provided in Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.5012, subdivision 7.
