A bill for an act
relating to public safety; expanding the definition of qualified domestic
violence-related offense; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 609.02,
subdivision 16.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 609.02, subdivision 16, is amended to read:


Subd. 16.

Qualified domestic violence-related offense.

"Qualified domestic
