A bill for an act
relating to education finance; appropriating money for grants to the Minnesota
Children's Museum and the Minnesota Children's Museum, Rochester.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin GRANTS TO THE MINNESOTA CHILDREN'S MUSEUM AND
MINNESOTA CHILDREN'S MUSEUM, ROCHESTER.

$460,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $460,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of education for a grant to the Minnesota Children's
Museum. Of this amount, $50,000 in each year is for the Minnesota Children's Museum,
Rochester. Any balance in the first year does not cancel but is available in the second year.
