BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

124D.041, subdivision 3, paragraph (b); and 124D.05, subdivision 2a, the provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.041 and the agreement shall not apply to Independent
School District No. 402, Hendricks.
