relating to disaster relief; reimbursing Roseau County for certain flood-recovery
expenditures; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $2,800,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for a grant to Roseau County to reimburse costs incurred to repair drainage
ditches following severe flooding in 1999 and 2002.
