BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CORRIDORS OF COMMERCE PROJECT SELECTION.

new text begin Notwithstanding the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 161.088, subdivisions
3 to 5, the commissioner of transportation must select for corridors of commerce program
funding a project that expands marked U.S. Highway 10 from two lanes to four lanes in the
city of Wadena. The project to expand marked U.S. Highway 10 under this section must be
completed before October 31, 2018.
