relating to legacy; appropriating money for Minnesota State Council on Disability.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COUNCIL ON DISABILITY.

$124,500 in fiscal year 2018 and $124,500 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota State Council on Disability to produce and
broadcast programs to preserve Minnesota's disability history and culture and to conduct
celebrations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. These funds are available until June
30, 2020.
