A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; modifying the purpose of a grant to the city of Sartell
for the Sauk River Regional Park; amending Laws 2014, chapter 294, article 1,
section 7, subdivision 11.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2014, chapter 294, article 1, section 7, subdivision 11, is amended to
read:
Subd. 11.Central Minnesota Regional Parks

For a grant to the city of Sartell to acquirenew text begin land
and develop recreation facilities at Sauk River
Regional Park in the city of Sartell and to
acquirenew text end up to 68 acres of land located along
the Sauk River near the confluence of the
Mississippi to serve as part of the Central
Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails.
