A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for the Gateway Corridor
Transitway.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin GATEWAY CORRIDOR TRANSITWAY; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the Washington County Regional Railroad Authority to
perform engineering and environmental analysis, acquire real property or interest in new
property, and design or construct facilities or infrastructure for the Gateway Corridor
Transitway.
