relating to mass transit; appropriating money for supplemental metropolitan transit
service.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan
Council for additional transit service for Como High School and Central High School in
St. Paul to supplement current service, infrastructure, and operating costs to meet additional
student travel needs during the school year. This appropriation is available until June 30,
2019.
