BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$730,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2018 from the general fund to the commissioner
of economic development for a grant to Hennepin County for the North Branch Library
EMERGE Career and Technology Center. This is a onetime appropriation.
