A bill for an act
 relating to health; exempting housing with services establishments from the
requirement to obtain a lodging license from the commissioner of health; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 144D.06.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 144D.06, is amended to read:


144D.06 OTHER LAWS.
