A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for the Commission on Deaf,
DeafBlind, and Hard-of-Hearing Minnesotans.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMMISSION ON DEAF, DEAFBLIND, AND
HARD-OF-HEARING MINNESOTANS.

$370,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $370,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
Department of Commerce telecommunications access Minnesota fund to the commissioner
of human services to supplement the ongoing operational expenses of fiscal years 2018 and
2019 and are added to the base for the Commission on Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard-of-Hearing
Minnesotans.
