A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; prohibiting trapping without written permission on
private land that is not posted; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 97B.001,
by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 97B.001, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

A person may not, without written permission of the owner, occupant,
or lessee, enter private land that is not posted under subdivision 4 to engage in trapping
activities.
