A bill for an act
relating to liquor; allowing the city of Litchfield to issue an on-sale license for
town ball games played at a ballpark on school grounds.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SPECIAL LIQUOR LAW; CITY OF LITCHFIELD.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 624.701, the city of Litchfield may issue
an on-sale license under Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.404, subdivision 1, paragraph
(d), for sales at town ball games played at a ballpark on school grounds.
