relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the New
American Development Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the New American Development
Center to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with technical assistance, financial
education, training, and lending, as well as for organizational capacity-building. This is a
onetime appropriation.
